Chorus Information

Spring Choir and Dance Concert Information:

The spring choir and dance concert will be on Tuesday, May 1st at 6:00 pm.  Admission is $3 for students and $5 for adults. All performers should report to the cafeteria by 5:30 pm.  Choir students, please dress nicely. No jeans, short skirts or high heels. Show choir students will need black shirts and leggings.  We are looking forward to the concert and showcasing all the learning that has taken place over the last semester!

Band Information

The Band Spring Concert is May 10th at 6:00 pm.  4-5 students should wear dress clothes and be in their auditorium spots by 5:40.  Each band section will play their own piece and then all 4th-8th students will perform a final piece together.  The cost is $5 adults/$3 students. Volunteers are needed to take money and supervise students before and during the concert.

Module Quarter 4

During this quarter, 5th graders will be rotating between the five fifth grade teachers during Module time, between 2 and 3 pm. During this time, they will be learning about a different part of the world and different science standards in each teacher’s classroom.

Buy a Brick and help raise money for the Lower School gym!

4x 8 Paver Bricks are available for sale now! They are $100 each and will be installed on the grounds of the Lower School. This is a fun and fantastic way to make a lasting connection with the school that means so much to us all. Call or text Andrea Tarter @423.255.6358 for ordering questions or details. Payment Information

Please note that we will no longer be able to give change on cash payments sent in with your student for learning expeditions and other expenses. (This does not apply to cafeteria or SACC fees) For example, if you are sending in $20 for an LE fee of $18, we will be unable to return the $2 difference to your student. If you require a refund of an overpayment, you will need to request a refund from the bookkeeper. Lightning Letter

Parents/Guardians, if you are NOT receiving a Normal Park Lightning Letter via email on Mondays of each week, please email Heather Cockerham and she will add you to the email list. The Lightning Letter is a weekly newsletter filled with important dates, volunteer opportunities, and news to keep you updated on the wonderful happenings at NPMM.



Band is off to a great start!  Please remember to bring your instrument on band days and take it home the same day.  Here is our schedule:

Credit Cards


We are excited to announce that families now have the option to use debit/credit cards to pay for Learning Expedition costs! The use of the Online School Payment system is entirely optional, but a very convenient way to pay your fees. Please note that the Online School Payment system charges a 4% convenience fee which is added to your total at checkout. Your teacher will then receive an email notification as soon as payment is complete. Go to to create your login account. You may add all of your students from multiple HCDE schools into this single account. You can also access the OSP website from the main page of the Normal Park website.
