Registration Info

Step 1: Complete Registration Packet.

You will need to complete and print the Registration Packet below for each child and bring it with you on Registration Day. You must complete all pages, including the Aftercare forms. Enter the information in the fields provided, moving to subsequent fields by using the TAB button. The yellow fields must be signed by hand once printed. If you have formatting issues due to a MAC or an older version of Microsoft Word, you must complete the paperwork by hand using the PDF version.

Step 2: Complete online student registration.  

This is a brand new system that will automatically update our PowerSchool records and is required of every student.  Returning students require the "snapcode" that was given to the student at the end of the school year in May.  If you have lost this code, please contact the school.  Note: the two proofs of residence do not need to be uploaded since these must be shown in person on Registration Day before your child can start.

Step 3: Pay school fees online (optional).

As an option you can now pay school fees online with a credit card for most of the items listed below. Click on the Pay Now link below to pay online. If paying at registration, we will only accept cash or checks, so don’t forget your checkbook.

  • $90 School Fee – online payment available

  • $30 Exhibit Fee – online payment available

  • $50 Learning Expedition transportation Fee  – online payment available

  • $50 for Fall Sport (if participating; grades 3 – 8 only) – online payment available​​​​​​​

Step 4: Order a learning expedition shirt

Beginning this school year, students  will wear a newly designed, school-wide learning expedition shirt. The shirts are available for purchase  through August 12 online and will be hand delivered at school in mid-August. Please click the link below to order a shirt (or 2!) for your student to wear on trips and for other school events and programs. Shirts are $10 for Lower School and $12 for Upper School.  Additional shirts can also be ordered for family members and siblings, if desired.


Step 5: Come to Registration Day.

Registration Day for both campuses will be held in the Upper School Gym on Friday, August 3 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Be sure to read all instructions on the first page of the Registration packet BEFORE coming! 

NOTE:  Registering online is only part of the process. All families must attend registration day to complete registration.
